SPIRITUAL HEALTH
We all need healing. From when we are young to age of 18 or 21, we are constantly being pressured to live up to other people’s expectations or ideas of Who We Are. We attach our knowledge and wisdom on outside or external objects rather than on ourselves. Spiritual health and Self-Realization is only possible when you are ready, willing and able to say enough is enough and you start to seek your own Salvation.
Such a move is helpful and beneficial but be assured of resistance and a tough time from your body and mind. To awaken to Conscoiusness is never easy, but you have help from God and Yourself. Then as you progress you will start seeing others as a part of you and finally you will see God as the All in All of All things. Patience my friend, the path you are about to follow is long. It is long because it is a forever and ever, forevermore path to liberation and freedom.
